Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage abuse, bonus farming, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of winropes is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. winropes does not represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform in a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
3.1 To access winropes gaming and betting services, you must create an account through the winropes registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times.
3.2 One account per player. Each player is permitted to hold only one winropes account. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts in a different name, with a different email address, or using a different device — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winropes login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. winropes will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.5 winropes reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, and following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
winropes operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a copy of your Pakistani CNIC or passport; proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); and proof of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account). winropes will handle all documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
4.1 winropes accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, and 1LINK. winropes does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. winropes reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and processing times applicable to that method. winropes aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Payments section of the platform.
4.4 All withdrawals require completed identity verification. winropes will not process any withdrawal from an account that has not submitted and passed the required KYC documentation.
4.5 winropes does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (for example, your mobile network operator for JazzCash or EasyPaisa transactions) may apply its own charges. winropes has no control over third-party payment provider fees.
4.6 winropes reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal that exceeds a certain threshold or that is flagged by our internal risk systems. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering safeguard and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
5.1 winropes offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to eligible registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational players. winropes reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — if it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; staking in a pattern designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; or providing false information to qualify for an offer.
5.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address. winropes reserves the right to verify these conditions before crediting any new player bonus.
5.5 winropes reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been credited to a player's account, the terms in force at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific bonus instance.
6.1 All casino games, slot titles, live dealer games, and crash titles available on winropes are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-level rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.
6.2 Sports betting markets on winropes — including cricket, PSL, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the Sportsbook Rules published on the platform. Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with those rules.
6.3 winropes reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, pricing error, or any other circumstance that materially affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
6.4 Disconnection policy. In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined in accordance with the game's Random Number Generator and the result will be reflected in your account balance once reconnection occurs. winropes is not liable for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the player's side.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winropes platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
7.2 winropes employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Detection of any of the above activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and — where the breach is confirmed — permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.
8.1 All content on the winropes platform — including but not limited to the winropes brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of winropes or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winropes platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any winropes content without express written permission.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of winropes intellectual property — including screen-scraping, data harvesting, or reproducing winropes odds data for commercial purposes — will be pursued under applicable law.
9.1 winropes collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at winropes.net/privacy-policy.
9.2 By registering for a winropes account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
9.3 winropes will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in platform operations (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

11.1 winropes reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; or receipt of a regulatory instruction.
11.2 Players may request closure of their winropes account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
11.3 In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, winropes reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds, promotional winnings, and — in cases of fraud — the full account balance, pending investigation and any applicable legal process.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winropes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the winropes platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, or service interruptions.
12.2 winropes does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to games and betting markets. winropes will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
12.3 winropes' total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 winropes may update or amend these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material, winropes will notify registered players via the email address held on their account.
13.2 Your continued use of the winropes platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winropes holds its operating licence.
